The Zoomie Club ("we", "us", "our") operates the website at thezoomieclub.co.uk. We are based in Brigg, Lincolnshire and provide dog walking, play and daycare services.

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16. If you believe a child has submitted data to us, please contact us immediately.

We will not use your personal data for automated decision-making or profiling.
4. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected:
- Enquiry data (no service taken): deleted within 12 months of last contact
- Client data: retained for 6 years after the end of our business relationship (for legal/insurance purposes), then securely deleted
- Analytics data: retained in aggregated, anonymised form indefinitely; raw event data subject to the retention settings of the analytics tool used
