Cancellations with 24 hours or more notice: No charge. We ask that you notify us as early as possible.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice: The full service fee may be charged at our discretion.
No-shows or no access: Where we arrive for a booking and cannot access the property or dog, the full service fee will be charged.
We reserve the right to cancel a booking in exceptional circumstances (e.g. illness, dangerous weather). We will provide as much notice as possible and no charge will apply.
5. Your Dog's Health & Welfare
You confirm that your dog:
- Is in good general health and fit for the service booked
- Is up to date with vaccinations as appropriate for their age and circumstances

You must inform us immediately of any change in your dog's health, behaviour or medication before a scheduled service.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a service if we believe a dog presents a safety risk to us or other dogs, or appears unwell.
6. Emergency Procedures
In the event of a veterinary emergency involving your dog, we will:
- Attempt to contact you and your emergency contact immediately

You are responsible for all veterinary costs incurred as a result of an emergency, except where the emergency was directly caused by our negligence.
You agree to provide your preferred vet's details and authorise us to act in your dog's best interests in an emergency.
7. Key Access & Security
Where key holding is required, keys are kept securely and labelled without identifying your address. Keys will be returned promptly on request or when services end.
We take no responsibility for incidents arising from faulty locks, gates, fences or other property defects. It is your responsibility to ensure your property is secure.
8. Liability
We hold public liability insurance and pet care insurance. Our liability is limited to the extent covered by our insurance policy.
We are not liable for:

- Injuries caused by your dog to themselves, other animals or persons, except where directly caused by our negligence

11. Termination
Either party may terminate the service arrangement at any time with reasonable notice. Outstanding payments remain due regardless of termination.
